Step & Shape

Step and shape is a general training of variable intensity, divided into two parts: first, of aerobic nature – simple choreography on a step, second, of strengthening nature – a training of individual muscle groups with the use of step. Classes which improve coordination, shape the whole body, allow burning loads of calories, and sculpt the body.
