Step

Step classes are accompanied by energetic and rhythmical music, under the supervision of a skilled instructor. Choreography changes depending on the level of the group.

Step are choreographic classes with the use of steps. All exercises are connected with the step which allows preparing a very curious, sometimes quite complex choreography. The classes strengthen leg and buttocks muscles, they also significantly help to work on your efficiency and motor coordination.
