An Intensive, strengthening and shaping training which makes you improve overall condition and efficiency, and at the same time you burn a lot of calories. The aim of the training is to train all muscles. In the classes we use various accessories, such as steps, balls, weights, bands, therefore, it is never boring but challenging.

The training begins with a dynamic warmup and finishes with stretching exercises.
